Most books and articles about overweight people talks about how they do very little sports, eat too many candy and fried food. However this week I read an article that found one more cause for “fatness”.

The parents!

So what did they say? Well overweight parents are more likelly to have overweight children. It seems logical to me when I look at my overweight parents. I think it is time for us all to take our responsability.

I’m trying my best to change the world for the better, but it seems that the not overweight people disagree with me.
